合肥深零设计新作 | 87㎡精装房改造，阅读式客厅、大胆配色，她把家玩出了花！

本案的居住者是一个幸福的三口之家，因为好友是在深零做的设计，且对施工质量、设计效果都十分了解与肯定，所以他们也果断地选择了深零。
风格上，他们偏爱简约与温馨。但因为是精装房，所以希望在收纳上做一些调整。保留原本的房屋格局，我们在平面布置上强调了空间调性与自己的主观意识。整合、重塑空间后，我们确定了这一套设计方案。

设计亮点①客厅摒弃了常规的沙发+茶几+电视组合，打造家庭亲子空间，集阅读、休闲、会客、办公为一体，使空间多样化发展。
②结合空间的实际情况，在玄关两侧、餐厅、卧室、儿童房、多功能房、厨房等空间做了大量的柜体，满足业主对收纳的高要求。
③餐厅面积较小，考虑到空间的基本收纳和布置，用卡座代替餐桌椅，既节省面积，又能增加收纳。
④阳台包进客厅，并将阳台功能一分为二，分别改造为家政区和休闲角，实用性更强。
⑤除主卧和儿童房外，还单独设计了一间多功能室，偶尔来客时可作为临时客房。
⑥儿童房现场手工打造了颜值与实用并存的高低床，还原女儿的“公主梦”。
户型分析

after设计，大胆突破
生活不止柴米油盐，总有些事情不能妥协，譬如对家的认知、对品质的高要求。所以要突破，要改变。
Life is more than rice, oil and salt, there are always things that cannot be compromised, such as the perception of home and the high requirements for quality. So we need to make breakthroughs and change.
集阅读、会客、休闲、办公为一体的多功能空间，取代常规客厅布局，新颖且独特。以别具一格的桌椅为中心，半开放式收纳柜增加对杂物的包容，原木质感与恰当留白提升空间品质，整体氛围既温馨又舒适。或许，简单才是对生活最好的表达方式。
It is a multifunctional space integrating reading, meeting, leisure, and office, replacing the conventional living room layout, which is novel and unique. Centered on a unique table and chairs, the semi-open storage cabinet increases the tolerance for debris, the original wood feeling and proper white space improve the quality of the space, and the overall atmosphere is both warm and comfortable. Perhaps simplicity is the best way to express life.
午后时分，慵懒的阳光透过纱帘，构织出斑驳的光影效果；独树一帜的阅读式客厅，为孩子提供更加舒适、温馨的成长环境。
In the afternoon, the lazy sunlight creates a mottled light and shadow effect through the gauze curtain; the unique reading-style living room provides children with a more comfortable and warm growth environment.
小，也能精彩沿墙打造的一排不规则弧形卡座，不仅能为家人就餐、友人相聚提供便利，还能增加空间的整体收纳。餐厅虽不大，但足够精致。
A row of irregular arc-shaped seats created along the wall can not only provide convenience for family meals and friends, but also increase the overall storage space. Although the restaurant is not large, it is fine enough.
慢下来的悠悠时光人长大了，负担也接踵而来。肩上的重担时刻警醒着我们：你要继续，你还不够。生活很累，不如放缓脚步，静下心来做自己。

卧室以灰白为基调，原木色衣柜为空间带入朴素与温和，营造出干净、清爽的室内氛围。轻，跃然纸上；静，信手拈来。
The bedroom is based on gray and white, and the wood-colored wardrobe brings space and simplicity into the space, creating a clean and refreshing indoor atmosphere. Light, leaping on the paper; Quiet, hand in hand.
给她一个独处空间
每个大人都曾经是个孩子，只是很少有人记得。有了孩子后，生活重心开始偏移，想给她一个无忧无虑的童年、想给她最好的生活、也想弥补自己童年时的缺憾……大概，这就是为人父母后的责任感吧~

现场手工打造高低床，又于收纳柜上做撞色，儿童房面积虽不大，但小女生的“公主梦”在这里却得到了充分地满足。
The high and low beds were hand-made on the spot, and the contrast was done on the storage cabinet. Although the size of the children's room was not large, the little girl's "Princess Dream" was fully satisfied here.
87㎡的房子不大，但容纳一家人的生活足够；也不小，刚好可以见证一家人的曼妙时光。有限的空间里，因为有了设计而变得丰富多彩。
The 87-square-meter house is not big, but it is enough to accommodate the family's life; it is not small, and it can just witness the wonderful time of the family. In the limited space, it becomes colorful because of the design.
好的设计，并不只是表面光鲜亮丽，而是带入生活点滴，好似一枚硬币，正面是生活，反面是设计，两者息息相关，永远不可分割。
A good design is not just a bright and beautiful surface, but a bit of life, like a coin. The front is life, and the reverse is design. The two are closely related and will never be separated.
