本帖最后由 简狄设计事务所 于 2021-12-12 13:14 编辑 项目名称｜Project Name：《半塘主义》 项目地址｜Location：上海 · 黄浦区 面 积｜ area：107㎡ 设计机构｜Design Agency：简狄设计事务所 前言 # PREAMBLE # 本案委托人为一家三口，夫妻二人和她们可爱的女儿。房子为黄埔江边一套老式的两居室，也是屋主七年前结婚时自装的婚房。常规的格局，普通的内装，越住越小的家到如今已是百看百厌。此次重新装修，希望有不一样的改观，舒适的居住体验和充足的收纳空间是他们的基本诉求。 在风格上，他们一方面喜欢极简的干净，但同时也担心生活不可能一直保持“极简”的状态，所以还是希望整体感觉不要太冷，要有居家的温度。 改造思路：跳出固有格局，我们做了大胆尝试，把原有空间打开并重组，做出丰富的层次感和新的视觉感受，让这套两居室的家看上去更有趣。改造后，客厅和餐厨空间贯通，实现了大主卧，双南房的格局。封闭厨房改为开放式厨房+餐厅，最大程度释放了空间，满足了屋主最初对于家的期待。 原始房型图｜The original figure

# 空间重组 # ① 整合并释放原厨房空间，设计为开放式厨房+餐厅。 ② 原次卧改为客厅，与餐厨区合并为大的公共空间。 ③ 将原客厅改为主卧，实现双南房格局。 ④ 卫生间改为干湿分离形式，干区洗漱区和玄关实现功能完美融合。 01 #Entrance# 
室内设计的初衷是因地制宜，利用房型原有结构去优化空间关系。卫生间干湿分离后，我们正好可以利用干区背后这面墙来做文章。自带艺术美感的玻璃砖带来视觉的穿透感，将采光引入洗漱区，同时也是入户的第一视觉焦点。更远的过道尽头的一面普通白墙，只是稍加装饰，也有了玄关的属性。这样一远一近的递进关系，丰富了空间的层次感，让入户的视觉体验非常饱满。 The original intention of interior design is to optimize the spatial relationship by using the original structure of the house type according to local conditions. After the separation of dry and wet in the bathroom, we can make use of the wall behind the dry area. The glass brick with artistic beauty brings visual penetration, introduces daylighting into the washing area, and is also the first visual focus of entering the house. An ordinary white wall at the end of the farther corridor is only slightly decorated and has the attribute of a porch. Such a progressive relationship from far to near enriches the sense of hierarchy of space and makes the visual experience of entering the house very full. 02 #Living room # 
悬挑收纳柜与结构梁体、吊顶，用胡桃木饰面统一装饰，整体性更佳。氛围灯光则选用3500k的暖色光源，让家的温度油然而生。 The cantilevered storage cabinet, structural beam and ceiling are uniformly decorated with walnut veneer for better integrity. The ambient light is 3500K warm color light source, so that the temperature of the home arises spontaneously. 我们将北卧和客厅做了调换，并和餐厨区打通成为一个大的公共空间。由于是高层公寓，客厅的采光并没有损失，还拉进了与餐厨区的空间关系。电视背景以通透的方式整合了承重结构、收纳柜、地台、电子雾化壁炉，日常杂物和游戏周边设备悉数尽收悬空柜中，干净整洁。 The vertical staircase is transformed into a horizontal one, which connects the two truncated spaces and realizes the long-distance connection between the north and the south. The main body of the stairs is white stone with glass handrails, which increases the sense of visual permeability. The stair steps on the first and second floors are made of dark gray marble, which is expanded into the form of platform as a whole, forming a {contrast with the white stairs. 03 #Dining room# 中岛结合餐桌采用岩板一体化定制，完美匹配空间格局。洗碗机、蒸烤箱、双开门冰箱则采用统一内嵌设计，带来立面上的绝对平整。顶面纵横相交的梁体涂刷哑光天鹅绒艺术漆，被强化的梁体，有意突出了结构的体块感。吊顶则以胡桃木饰面包裹，一直延伸到客厅区域，形成一个连贯的整体。 Zhongdao dining table is customized with rock plate integration, which perfectly matches the spatial pattern. Dishwasher, steam oven and double door refrigerator adopt unified embedded design to bring absolute flatness on the facade. The beams intersecting vertically and horizontally on the top surface are painted with matte velvet art paint. The strengthened beams deliberately highlight the block feeling of the structure. The ceiling is wrapped with walnut veneer and extends to the living room area to form a coherent whole. 04 #Kitchen# 开放式厨房区域是本案改造的重点，在拆除时遇到很多不能更改的下水主管道，我们并没有简单粗暴地包掉了事，而是着眼于“创造”更多内部的小储物空间。餐厨的整体色调以大面积白色为主，和顶立面有着良好的融入感。局部使用黑色，拉升了空间的层次感。暖色氛围灯光很好的中和了黑白灰的冷淡。 The open kitchen area is the focus of the transformation of this case. During the demolition, we encountered many main sewer pipes that cannot be changed. We did not simply and roughly wrap up the matter, but focused on "creating" more internal small storage space. The overall color of the kitchen is mainly white in large area, which has a good sense of integration with the top facade. The local use of black enhances the sense of hierarchy of the space. Warm color atmosphere lighting neutralizes the coldness of black, white and gray. 05 #Master bedroom# 经过改造后，主卧的体验感得到极大提升。悬挑式的床头柜和梳妆台一体化设计，更加简洁美观。卧室和阳台之间的横梁，以灰色天鹅绒艺术漆做区域分割，让原本的突兀的结构成为设计的一部分。床对面设计了一整面到顶的收纳柜，储物空间翻了一倍。洗衣机和烘干机内嵌于位于阳台的收纳柜中，避免了在主卧直视洗烘设备的尴尬。 After transformation, the experience of the master bedroom has been greatly improved. The integrated design of cantilevered bedside table and dresser makes it more concise and beautiful. The cross beam between the bedroom and the balcony is divided by gray velvet art paint, so that the original abrupt structure becomes a part of the design. A top-down storage cabinet is designed opposite the bed, doubling the storage space. The washing machine and dryer are embedded in the storage cabinet on the balcony to avoid the embarrassment of looking directly at the washing and drying equipment in the master bedroom.06#Bathroom# 卫生间被改造为干湿分离的形式，干区整体使用艺术漆涂刷，与台盆色调统一，质感温润而高级。墙面做镂空处理，镶嵌玻璃砖，午后的阳光正好可以通过玻璃砖的折射洒入门厅，营造出美妙的光影效果。湿区墙面使用欧神诺800*800仿岩板瓷砖，整体成深色哑光质地。地面定制通体大理石，天然石材细腻的光泽和无拼缝的整体感给卫生间带来星级酒店的体验。 The toilet is transformed into a dry wet separation form. The dry area is painted with artistic paint as a whole, which is unified with the color of the basin, and the texture is warm and advanced. The wall is hollowed out and inlaid with glass bricks. The afternoon sunshine can be sprinkled into the entrance hall through the refraction of glass bricks to create a wonderful light and shadow effect. The walls in the wet area are made of osheno 800 * 800 imitation rock plate tiles, which are dark matte as a whole. The whole body marble is customized on the ground, and the exquisite luster of natural stone and the overall sense of no seam bring the experience of star hotel to the bathroom.- end - |
