前言 # PREAMBLE # 这是一套位于上海陆家嘴的高层精装房。作为上海一线江景房，精装的品质还是在线，但整体风格普普通通缺乏个性，甚至有些落伍。业主是多年前的一位老客户，于是第一时间找到我们，希望能为他们改造这套江景房，实现一个可以时常过来度假放松的小心愿。因为房子专门用做度假之用，所以风格上可以不拘一格，有别于传统居家的氛围，更加摩登和张扬一些。在和业主深入沟通后，我们了解到房子虽然是二手买进，但是前屋主一直空关没有入住，厨卫设备的配置都属于顶级，没有必要再自购。综合考虑后，还是决定放弃整体改造的想法，保留原始的厨房卫生间和没必要改动的家政区，其余公共空间、卧室、书房做全面改造。风格定位上，选择衔接整体的现代风格，打造生活之上的摩登都市情调，尊享陆家嘴一线江景豪宅的极致体验。 空间改造 # SPACE TRANSFORMATION # ---原始户型图---
原始户型为四房两卫的格局，虽然客餐厅的体量比较理想，但三间次卧面积较为局促。 ---平面布局图---
改造后的方案将朝南的次卧与客厅打通，北次卧内的卫生间释放成公卫，另外一间北卧拆除原有衣帽间，衣柜融入到开放空间，原有卧室的空间感得到很大提升。
案例讲解 # CASE EXPLANATION # 01 # Entrance # 
作为入户第一视觉中心——玄关，强烈的设计感扑面而来。潘多拉岩板背景+金色凯旋柱+普鲁士蓝涂料+底座内嵌雾化壁炉构建了一个气势磅礴的艺术玄关。凯旋柱和普鲁士蓝象征着胜利与财富，寓意着男主人凯旋还巢，事业有成。 As the first visual center of the home - the entrance, a strong sense of design blows. Pandora slate background + golden triumphal column + Prussian blue paint + built-in atomized fireplace in the base builds a magnificent art entrance. The triumphal column and Prussian blue symbolize victory and wealth, implying that the hero returns to the nest triumphantly and has a successful career. 
02 # Living room # 
客厅连接落地玻璃移门，景观阳台坐拥陆家嘴绝佳的视野。电视背景为白色格栅叠加烤漆板的立体造型，结合潘多拉岩板地台，溢满高级的质感。软装的高配组合包括：Edra/Essential系列的主沙发、Baxter的黄铜茶几，以及Fendi的旋转单椅。在IMOLA艺术地砖的烘托下，散发出一种极致而低调的奢华。 The living room is connected to the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door, and the landscape balcony has an excellent view of Lujiazui. The background of the TV is a three-dimensional shape of a white grille superimposed with a varnished plate, combined with the Pandora slab floor, overflowing with high-end texture. Upholstered high-end combinations include: the main sofa from the Edra/Essential series, the brass coffee table from Baxter, and the swivel single chair from Fendi. Under the contrast of IMOLA artistic floor tiles, it exudes a kind of extreme and low-key luxury. 
客餐厅一体化，更显空间的开阔与通透。 The integration of the guest and dining rooms makes the space more open and transparent. 朝南的书房同享一线江景，视野采光无敌。客厅和书房之间互为连通又相对独立，一块天然大理石既是隔断也是背景装饰，结合超白长虹玻璃移门，营造出隔而不断的通透感。 The south-facing study room shares the first-line river view, and the view is invincible. The living room and the study are interconnected and relatively independent. A piece of natural marble is both a partition and a background decoration. Combined with the ultra-white Changhong glass sliding door, it creates a continuous sense of transparency. 03 # Kitchen # 中厨保留了原始开发商精装交付时的状态，并未做重新改造。 China Kitchen has retained the original developer's hardcover delivery state and has not been remodeled. 04 # Dining room # 餐厅的空间宽敞舒适，迴游动线自由流畅。餐桌椅来自意大利新锐品牌OPERA，细腻温润的大理石桌面搭配拉丝金的不锈钢桌腿，其暗藏于高贵与简约中的浪漫情怀，给家带来独具韵味的格调。 The space of the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, and the circulation is free and smooth. The dining table and chairs come from the cutting-edge Italian brand OPERA. The delicate and moist marble table top is matched with brushed gold stainless steel table legs. The romantic feelings hidden in the nobility and simplicity bring a unique style to the home. 餐边柜和到顶的组合高柜，为客餐厅带来充裕的收纳空间。 The sideboard and the combined high cabinet to the top bring ample storage space for the dining room. 05 # Study # 独立书房与客厅打通，隔而不断的设计让视觉得以延伸。一块大理石既是沙发背景，又是书房与客厅间的隔断。 The independent study is connected with the living room, and the continuous design extends the vision. A piece of marble is not only the sofa background, but also the partition between the study and the living room. 06 # Bedroom # 主卧开放过道也是细节满满：超大的手绘艺术画悬挂于整面的木饰面装饰墙上，并结合艺术陈列角，营造出浓郁的艺术气息和仪式感。 The open aisle of the master bedroom is also full of details: the oversized hand-painted art paintings are hung on the whole wood veneer decorative wall, and combined with the art display corner, it creates a strong artistic atmosphere and a sense of ceremony. 为了打造主卧浪漫高贵的氛围感，我们增加了柔软丝滑的软包背景及法式线条，搭配TURRI的真皮双人床，充满了高贵雅致的气质。源自意式古典风格的TURRI品牌，以意大利古典主义内核，融合现代简约的设计精髓，而广受精英阶层喜爱。 In order to create a romantic and noble atmosphere in the master bedroom, we added a soft and silky soft bag background and French lines, and matched with TURRI's leather double bed, which is full of noble and elegant temperament. The TURRI brand originated from the Italian classic style, with the core of Italian classicism and the essence of modern and simple design, is widely loved by the elites. 次卧延续了主空间的现代简约风格，以黑白灰的基础色调和不同材质的碰撞，营造出多层次的视觉效果。 The secondary bedroom continues the modern minimalist style of the main space, creating a multi-level visual effect with the basic tones of black, white and gray and the collision of different materials. 07 # Toilet # 主卫和次卫也同样保留了开发商交付的状态，并未做改造，所以不过多介绍。未改造的空间和其余空间在衔接上尽量做到统一，不至于有过份突兀感。 The main guard and the second guard also retain the state delivered by the developer and have not been transformed, so I will not introduce more.
